ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority has launched its new mobile help service. The new service will provide services to citizens of Islamabad at their homes. The door step help service will expeditiously redress the complaints of the citizens. The service will be available at a phone call. The recent service will operate in addition to CDA's already functional complaint management system. The launch of new service is a component of present CDA s plan of action to modernize and revitalize complaint response system.
